Reserve — The Geisha World Tour

24 days · 20g pack per day (about 500g total)

Twenty-four days, five countries, one variety. Reserve is a world tour of coffee's high ground: 24 Geisha lots from Panama, Colombia, Honduras, Nicaragua and Brazil, opened one 20g pack at a time from December 1st to Christmas Eve.

Along the way you'll taste how place and process change the same variety, from washed and semi-washed to natural, honey and black honey, with carbonic maceration and yeast-fermented lots in the mix. Panama brings names that regularly set the highest prices in specialty coffee, including Finca Deborah, Savage Coffees and Iris Estate. Colombia brings Diego Bermudez's Finca El Paraíso and Huila, and Honduras, Nicaragua and Brazil complete the route. This is a deliberately small run: once it's gone, it's gone.
