For those who want every day of December to start with something special. Our 24-day filter calendar takes you from 1 December to Christmas Eve with a different speciality coffee behind every door. Each is roasted in small batches in Adelaide by an award-winning roaster Krish, with Golden Bean Australasia 2026 medals: 1 Gold, 5 Silver and 13 Bronze.

Twenty-four days gives us room to really explore. You’ll find rare varieties, bold experimental processes and the clean, classic washed coffees that remind you why you fell for filter in the first place. Brew one each morning and you’ll finish the month with a far richer sense of what coffee can be.

It’s a bit like a world tour in a box. You’ll move from the competition-favourite Ombligón of Nestor Lasso’s El Diviso farm to a rare Sudan Rume from Finca Milan. Along the way there’s the prized lychee from Diego Bermudez and a playful Beer Hops co-ferment from Sara Gutiérrez. There’s even a low-caffeine Typica for the late-night wrapping sessions. Every coffee is one we love and would proudly sell on its own. Nothing is filler. A lot of funky coffees in true Auro style. 12 Single origins and 12 flavorful Auro blends.
