BAILEYS STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

Baileys Strawberries and Cream
Colombia / China (Yunnan) / Brazil

Tasting notes: Baileys and strawberry cream cake

A soft, creamy blend that tastes like strawberry sponge with a splash of Irish cream. It’s indulgent and smooth, made for slow mornings and long afternoons.

We built Baileys Strawberries and Cream around a dessert we all know: layers of light sponge, whipped cream and ripe strawberries, finished with a gentle note of Irish cream. Three origins make that happen in the cup.

Colombia brings bright red-fruit sweetness and a juicy lift. Yunnan, China’s rising star in speciality coffee, adds a rounded, almost liqueur-like depth. Brazil provides the base: a velvety, creamy body with soft caramel and milk-chocolate sweetness.

The result is sweet and plush, with berries up front, cream through the middle, and a smooth, cake-like finish that lingers.

It’s excellent on its own and even better with milk, which brings out the strawberries-and-cream character in a flat white or latte. As a cold brew, it’s a summer treat.

Roasted in small batches in Adelaide by the Auro team.

Brewing suggestions

  • Espresso / milk drinks: Its natural home. Milk brings out the creamy, dessert side.

  • Filter / pour-over: Brings forward the red fruit and a lighter, sponge-cake sweetness.

  • Cold brew: Smooth and sweet, with very little bitterness. Perfect for warm days.
