Apple Pie is our newest espresso blend, and it tastes like dessert in a cup. We brought together three origins, each doing its own job:
Ethiopia
Colombia
Brazil
Using honey and natural processed coffees brings out the fruit and adds a syrupy sweetness, so every cup tastes like a warm slice of apple pie fresh from the oven.
We roasted it with milk in mind. In a flat white or latte the caramel and cinnamon turn creamy, like apple pie with custard, and the apple keeps it bright. Pulled as a straight espresso, it's lively and sweet, with a long, warm finish.
