Natural Brazil (Espigao),

The story of the producer Gil Cesar de Melo in the coffee
industry began with his grandfather, Sr Miguel Constante,
who was a coffee grower in Campos Altos township. His
grandfather passed this inheritance to Gil Cesar’s mother,
Elizena, who later transmitted the same passion to her son,
who did not think twice before deciding to take part in this
enjoyable field.
In 1995, Gil planted his first six coffee hectares and, since
then, he has expanded the areas, always seeking to invest
in quality. Espigao do Palmital farm is located in the
municipality of Pratinha, in the state of Minas Gerais. His
properties have a privileged location in the Cerrado Mineiro
region, which allows them to enjoy a perfect balance of the
climate seasons with a hot and humid summer and a mild
and dry winter, something that greatly favors the quality of
the coffee.

Washed Colombian (Santiago Patino El Ocasa Tabi), and

Santiago Patiño, a third-generation coffee grower, owns El Ocaso Farm. This 30-hectare plot is situated between 1800 and 1840 m.a.s.l in Salento, Quindio. Purchased by his grandfather and father in 1985, the farm initially produced bothcattle and coffee and a few years later they moved to entirely producing coffee. By 2004, they focused solely on coffee, specializing in traditional Colombian varieties and selling to local cooperatives.
