We roast to order on Fridays. All orders sent before Friday 8PM are usually shipped on Monday mornings.
It is preferable to send whole beans as they start to lose flavour and taste as soon the beans are ground. Please mention specifically if you need ground coffee and also mention if you will be using for espresso , pour over or plunger.
